The money features are the reason to buy the system. Putting them behind a bigger plan would be putting the point of it behind a paywall. Bigger plans add ways to grow — they never take away what you need to open tomorrow.

So you are never paying for something you do not switch on.
Extra staff account
One more person on the system, on any plan — OMR 2 a month. Cheaper than moving up a plan if seats are all you need.
Priority infrastructure
Your restaurant moves to a server with dedicated processing, for busy sites — OMR 10 a month. Not a private server; that is Enterprise.
Online training
Two to four hours on your own menu, with the people who will use it daily — OMR 25. Book it again at the same price whenever you take on new staff.
On-site setup & training
We come to you: menu loaded on site, your team trained, and we stay for your first service — from OMR 250.
Hardware
Excellence runs in an ordinary browser, so you can almost certainly use the tablets and printers you already have. We check them first and quote only what you need.
Straight answer
The bits people ask about
- There is no contract. Cancel whenever you like. You run to the end of the period you have paid for and we do not bill again — no minimum term and no exit fee. The one-off setup fee is not refundable, and that is what stands in for a lock-in.
- Paid for the year and changed your mind? We refund the months you have not used, at the monthly price. You lose the 15% discount, not your money.
- We will not charge you per till. You tell us how many cashier stations you run when we set you up, and adding one during a busy season does not quietly raise your bill.
- Your data is yours. Export it in full, any time — including on your last day. We will not hold it as leverage if you decide to leave.
- Updates are included. New features as they ship, at no extra charge.
- Support is Saturday to Thursday, 8am to 11pm — through lunch and dinner service, not office hours.
- What is not included: an internet connection, the accounting service itself, tax filing, and any third-party fee you pay directly such as card processing or delivery-platform commission.
- Billing and payment terms are set out in your quotation, so you see them in writing before you agree to anything.
