Terms of Use
These terms cover this website only. Buying software or services from us is governed by the written agreement we sign with you — not by this page, and not by anything a web page happens to say.
This website is published by iVISION الرؤية, commercial registration 1392075, Naama Building, 4th floor, Office no 44, Al Azaiba South, Sultanate of Oman. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
1 · What this site is
It describes what we do and what we sell. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a contract between us, and nothing here is a promise that a particular product, feature, price or timescale will be available to you.
Quotations and agreements
If you want to buy something, we will send you a written quotation. What is in that quotation, and in the agreement that follows it, is what governs the work. Where this website and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
Products described as "coming soon"
Some products on this site — currently iVISION StayFlow and iVISION ERP — are marked as not yet released, and images of them are marked as design previews rather than screenshots of working software. Please read those labels literally. They are not available to buy, they have no launch date, and nothing on those pages should be relied on in making a decision.
2 · Sending us an enquiry
When you use a form on this site, please give us information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. If you attach a file, you confirm you have the right to send it to us.
Send us the things the form is asking for — a menu, a price list, a brief, a logo. Do not send identity documents, bank or card details, passwords, or anyone's personal records. A web form is not the right channel for those, and we do not want to receive them.
We answer enquiries as a matter of course, but we do not guarantee to answer any particular one, and we may decline work. If a project is not something we should be doing, we would rather tell you that than take it on.
What we do with the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3 · Using the site properly
Please do not attempt to gain access to parts of the site that are not public, interfere with how it runs or with anyone else's use of it, upload anything malicious, scrape it systematically, or use the forms to send bulk or unsolicited material.
4 · Our content
The text, images, design, logos and software on this site belong to iVISION الرؤية or to whoever licensed them to us. You are welcome to read the site, print a page, and share a link to it. Republishing our material, or using our name or logos to suggest a relationship that does not exist, requires our written permission.
"Excellence أمتياز", "iVISION StayFlow" and "iVISION ERP" are our product names. Other company and product names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our services work with.
5 · Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do so because it seemed useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
6 · Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise either. Pages may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or remove anything on it at any time.
Availability of this website is not a measure of the availability of any system we supply. Where uptime and support matter to you — and for a restaurant, they do — those commitments belong in the agreement we sign, not here.
7 · Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This clause is about the website. Our responsibilities for the products and services we actually supply are dealt with in the agreement covering them.
8 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
